Terms of service.

The service

Reelfork produces sets of edited videos for clients. You tell us about your content, we agree the scope with you in writing, and then we make and deliver your reels. Nothing is owed by either side until a scope has been agreed.

Your content

You must own the video or have permission to use it, and it must not break the law or anyone's rights. You keep all rights to your content. You give us permission to use it only to produce your reels.

No platform guarantees

We make no promise about how Instagram, TikTok or any other platform treats content we produce for you. You are responsible for following each platform's rules. We do not guarantee reach, approval or account standing.

Fees and payment

Fees are agreed per project before work begins. Payment terms are set out in the scope we agree with you.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the affected project.
